HMA RESOURCE CENTER

The Resource Center for the Hudson Mohawk Association, UCC is located at First Congregational Church, 405 Quail Street, Albany.  At this time the Resource Center has approximately 350 books and other materials.  As a starting point for new purchases, we intend to purchase copies of books that are on the Lay Ministry Program reading list.

In the Resource Center, books are arranged on the shelves by subject and then alphabetically by title.  All curriculum books are in a separate section, organized by shelf location.

Borrowing:   Use of the Resource Center is self-service.  Materials can be checked out at the church.  E-mail requests will also be accepted, and arrangements can be made for delivery, if time is not of the essence.  Please sign out items with the slips of paper available in the Resource Center and leave them on the desk.

Loan periods are for one month.  Items can be renewed, if no one else has requested the same item(s).

We will accept suggestions for purchases and at the discretion of library staff, we will accept donations of recent, quality books. Hours:     The Resource Center is open 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, but it is best to call (518) 482-4580 before coming.  Other arrangements can be made, if you are unable to visit during that time.
